At ROK, the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team is a top priority. That’s why, for the fifth consecutive year, we were pleased to welcome
Karen Copas from Pulses Fitness to conduct our annual health indicator check.
During the voluntary sessions, Karen skilfully measured key health indicators, including blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels.
These yearly assessments empower our team to take charge of their well-being and make informed decisions about their health.
