Afternoon tea to thank Le Marais residents
Rok's Project Manager at Le Marais, Warren Kelly, hosted an afternoon tea to thank the residents for their patience and understanding during the current refurbishment works. He and others from the Le Marais project team, including Site Manager, Luis Coehlo, and Trainee Site Manager, Andrew Schroeder, heard positive feedback from the residents, who remarked on how polite, kind and tidy the Rok team have been.
The project for Andium Homes will modernise the four tower blocks and upgrade the overall safety of the buildings - benefiting the residents who live in the 224 apartments. The works include:
- electrical and mechanical updates to fire doors and intelligent fire alarms; and
- the installation of sprinkler systems and new firefighting lifts.
