Health, safety, and wellbeing is one of our top priorities at ROK. That is why we have welcomed Karen Copas from Pulses Fitness for a fourth year in a row to provide an annual health indicator check to the ROK team.
Having this check year after year allows the ROK team to take control of their well-being and make informed choices about their health.
During these voluntary consultations, Karen expertly measured blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar levels.
