Springfield Artwork at Northern Quarter

Have you seen the artwork on the hoarding at The Northern Quarter?

The team ran an artwork competition with Springfield School earlier in the year and all of the student’s work was fabulous!

The competition started with a launch assembly where each year group was given the challenge of drawing what the topic assigned to them means. The topics include Sustainability, Partnership, Island heritage, and the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. Springfield School is also a Rights Respecting School and this is shown within the Student's artwork.

Later on in the year, there was then a prize giving assembly where Beth from ROK and Zoe from Andium Homes announced the winners. During this assembly, students from the student council also reported back to the rest of the school on their recent site visit with updates and what they have learnt. The hoarding contains information boards too which we hope people walking by will stop by, read and learn something from.

Big shout out to Springfield School for their continued support throughout the duration of the project, Andium Homes for joining us in this partnership and Signtech for their printing of the panels.
