We are proud to announce the successful completion of a Category B office fit-out for Stonehage Fleming, a project that perfectly emulates the sleek, modern, and contemporary style of their London headquarters. Completed on time and within budget, this 22-week project was valued at £2.3 million and represents a collaborative effort between Rok Construct, the client, and the client’s design team.

The goal was to deliver a functional yet stylish space that reflects Stonehage Fleming’s sophisticated brand identity. The result is a seamless blend of high-end finishes, open workspaces, and carefully selected materials that mirror the design language of their London office.

Delivered through a highly coordinated approach, this project underscores our commitment to precision, teamwork, and attention to detail. The visuals of this office fit-out truly speak for themselves, showcasing a refined aesthetic that is as practical as it is stunning.

    "The Police HQ was a highly technical building to construct.

    Access from the outset was challenging since the formation level was some 5m down and adjacent to the busy main road. This also meant that deliveries and cranage needed to be well organised.

    The reinforced concrete frame was not a standard one and included some large complex pours and reinforcement patterns.

    ROK-Regal deployed a really good formwork system for the slab soffit which was quick and safe to erect. This saved a lot of time.

    ROK, alongside architects Axis Mason and engineers Ross Gower Associates, were appointed under a design and build contract for the delivery of our Five Oaks Trade Park scheme.

    This was a complex project and required careful planning and phasing to allow the operators to hit their targeted opening dates. Despite the immense challenges posed by COVID restrictions and disruptions in the supply chain, ROK and their design and build team provided innovative solutions that enabled us to achieve our goals.
