IFC6 receives BREEAM 'Excellent'
We are pleased to announce that IFC 6 has officially received a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. This achievement continues our environmental commitment, solidifying IFC 6 as one of the most sustainable office buildings in the Channel Islands. The IFC buildings are setting new standards in the Island’s office accommodation by providing super-prime Grade A office space, sustainable and flexible accommodation to the highest standards.
The BREEAM Environmental rating scheme, is the world’s leading third-party certification of a building’s environmental, social and economic sustainability performance.
In IFC 6, key advantages of the building include the benefit of natural light on all four elevations which studies have shown increase productivity and well-being for employees working in office environments.
